Sea Otter Classic Amateur Radio operators have supplied BLM Ft. Ord Public Lands "back country" Emergency Communications for the mountain bike cyclists contestants April 17-18, 2010 and done this since 1996. This year is the 20th Anniversary. |

Brad Klemek (KJ6ATF) conducted a "ham cram" class at the Hollister Red Cross center on February 11-12 followed by an exam in Sunnyvale on Saturday February 13th. All four of them passed! Congrats to Brad on a successful educational event. Congrats to the new hams:

Today (Sunday 1/10), we were able to finish the repeater linking project. Now both our two repeaters are linked and each one will automatically broadcast traffic received from other repeater. |
